General Registration Information

Our region runs a Fall/Spring season. We register in the spring (end of April, first of May) for teams that play 7 games in the fall (September & October) and then 7 more games the following spring (April & May). We provide a jersey, shorts, and socks. The player must provide shin guards to wear at both practices and games. Cleats are optional, but if purchased they must be soccer cleats (no toe cleat). It is highly recommended that the player has a size appropriate soccer ball to take to practices: U5, U6 and U8 players use a size 3 ball, U10 and U12 players use a size 4 ball, and U14 and older players use a size 5 ball. Games will take place on Saturdays at various locations in Layton. Practice days, times, and places will be decided upon by the coach. We do our best to place players as close to the same area as possible to help with carpool situations. Our oldest two age-groups, U16 and U19, play together with boys and girls (coed). Check the chart below or the FAQ for answers to other common questions.
